Admissions

Choosing CUC in partnership with Ulster University means choosing a student experience focused on your future career success.

How to Apply

We often run two student intakes a year – September and January (check individual programmes)

Before applying, please check the specific admission requirements for the programme(s) you intend to apply for. Once you have gathered all the necessary evidence (see required documents list), complete the online application form or download an application form and complete, and send all documents to admissions@cuc-ulster.edu.qa or drop it into the university.

We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your application and we aim to review your application and respond within 2 days. We may contact you to check your details or ask for more information depending on the requirements of the course.
If everything has been correctly completed, you will receive one of the following responses by email:

An Unconditional Offer

This means you have been accepted onto the programme and will be required to pay the registration fee in order to confirm your place.

A Conditional Offer

This means you will need to meet the conditions of the offer before you are accepted. This might be because you are waiting on exams or test results; that you need to achieve the necessary English Language test level or something you need to provide before you are accepted.

This information will be clearly stated in the offer letter you receive.

We may also write to you if you have not supplied the necessary evidence required to assess your application or you are ineligible for the chosen programme.

When you receive the offer letter, you will be asked to sign and return a form which confirms your acceptance. Details on tuition fees and payments will be sent with your offer, including information on our early bird scheme and scholarships.
You can only apply for a scholarship award once you have accepted an offer of a place.
Contact admissions for details of our scholarship awards.
