Jackie McCoy is Professor of Management Development at Ulster University and Associate Dean, Development & Partnerships International. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and a Member of the Institute of Directors. In 2021, Jackie was made a Member of the British Empire (MBE), having been included in the New Year’s Honours list by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, for services to Higher Education, Business and the Arts. She has been responsible for the design and delivery of Executive Education and Leadership Development since joining the University in 1990.
